Agrasen Logistics provides logistics, transportation, packing, moving, and related services ("Services") as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Services at any time.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified.
  • All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our cancellation policy.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but quoted prices are valid at the time of booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for bookings and ensure goods are packed appropriately if not using our packing services.
  • Be present or arrange access for loading/unloading unless otherwise agreed.
  • Declare any hazardous or valuable items in advance.

4. Liability and Insurance

We strive to handle your goods with care, but we are not liable for loss, damage, or delay beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). Insurance is available upon request and covers up to the declared value. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or INR 100 per kg, whichever is lower.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
  • No-shows: No refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Agrasen Logistics or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
